Vanguard offers a variety of services to get you started, from simply walking you through the signup and initial configuration to turn-key migrations from existing in-house email server or another hosted email provider.
Level 1: Basic Implementation without Mail Migration. Includes:
- Provision the Google Apps tenant
- Configure accepted domains (i.e, mydomain.com, mycomany.org)
- Assist with licensing, verifying domains and required DNS changes,
- Help provision user mail boxes
- Includes documentation and how-to guide migrating emails to Google Apps accounts.
Level 2: Implementation with Mail Migration. In addition to Level 1 services, Vanguard will migrate email, calendar and contacts data for mail users from Exchange or POP3/SMTP servers. Migration to Google Apps from POP3/SMTP server does not include calendar and contacts.
Level 3: Implementation with Mail Migration and Outlook or Desktop Configuration. In addition to Level 2 services, Vanguard will help configure Outlook Mail Client and Mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows Phone) to connect to Google Apps.
We will provide a fixed fee per mailbox or project rate.
